Preparatory class

This preparatory class aims to prepare you as best as possible, for introduce yourself as a candidate for Challenge South of France  of Sommellerie. Organized by the Occitanie Region in collaboration withUDSF- Languedoc region-Roussillon Southern Rhône Valley, the Interprofessional Council of Languedoc Wines (CIVL) and the Interprofessional Council of Roussillon Wines (CIVR) this competition rewards the knowledge and expertise of the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region, of a French or foreign sommelier.
