Whatever the class of the establishment, particular attention must be paid to the service of drinks in general and in particular to that of beers, since the sale of drinks represents a significant part of the turnover (30%). Beers must be served at the right temperature, in suitable glasses and with a minimum of precautions. Discover the basics of knowing and serving beers in this module.

Master the vocabulary of beer, its service and the mapping of different types of beers. Know how to taste professionally and be able to write a tasting commentary. Being able to recommend a beer and being at comfortable with its customers.
